Select your quality level, add the request to your cart, and send your visual or sketch to support@eternalswatches.com. No payment is taken before our team has reviewed the request and confirmed the project.

3. Email your visual, reference images, dimensions and preferred details.
4. We confirm feasibility, specifications and any approved adjustment before payment.

Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery is estimated at 6 to 30 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, carrier and any customs clearance. This is an estimate unless a different deadline is expressly confirmed at checkout. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to help protect them in transit.
