This website is operated by GUGO under the trading name Eternals. These Terms of Service govern access to eternalswatches.com and its features. Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Sale, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Website access

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the website by automated means without permission, impersonate another person, or use the website to infringe the rights of GUGO or any third party.

2. Customer accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information supplied through your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Please notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website or comply with law.

3. Product and website information

We take reasonable care to keep content accurate. Product availability, prices and descriptions may change before an order is placed. Obvious typographical or technical errors may be corrected. Changes do not affect orders already accepted, except where required by law or agreed with the customer.

4. Intellectual property

The Eternals name, branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, layout and other original website content are protected by intellectual-property laws. No licence is granted except the limited right to view and use the website for personal shopping. Reproduction, commercial reuse or alteration without prior written permission is prohibited.

5. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm that it is lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, does not disclose another person's confidential information and does not infringe third-party rights. You grant GUGO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and adapt that content for the operation and promotion of Eternals. We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, irrelevant or infringes rights. This does not prevent honest negative reviews.

6. Third-party services and links

The website may use services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers or other partners, and may link to third-party websites. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. GUGO is not responsible for independent third-party content, without limiting its legal responsibility as seller for the proper performance of customer orders.

7. Availability and security

We aim to keep the website available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, technical incidents or events outside our reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Personal data

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Marketing communications are sent only where a lawful basis applies and can be unsubscribed from at any time.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, GUGO is not liable for loss caused solely by unlawful use of the website, incorrect information supplied by the user, or an event outside its reasonable control.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of their country of residence and may bring a claim before any court competent under applicable consumer law.
