This policy applies to consumer purchases made on eternalswatches.com. It does not limit any mandatory statutory rights.

14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. For a single order delivered in several parcels, the period starts when the last item is received.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement before the deadline to support@eternalswatches.com, or use the online return function available from your customer account when offered. Please include your order number, name and the items concerned. Using the model form below is optional.

Eternals covers the reasonable direct cost of a standard tracked return made in accordance with our instructions. We may provide a prepaid label. If we ask you to pay the standard tracked postage, we will reimburse it upon presentation of the receipt. Express services, additional insurance or any other upgrade chosen without our prior written agreement are not reimbursed. Cash-on-delivery parcels are not accepted.

Condition of returned goods

You may handle the product only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Please return it with its accessories, documents and presentation packaging where available. Your withdrawal right is not automatically lost if packaging is missing, but we may deduct any proven loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.

Refunds

We will refund the sums due, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery, no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and incur no fee.

Any extra cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive outbound delivery method is not refundable.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly at support@eternalswatches.com with your order number and, where useful, photographs. Statutory conformity and hidden-defect warranties apply independently of the right of withdrawal.

No automatic 30-day commercial return

Unless a specific offer states otherwise at the time of purchase, this policy provides the statutory 14-day withdrawal period and does not create an additional 30-day commercial return right.
